This fee includes 2 tickets (for the athlete and 1 companion) for the Pasta Party and the Awards Ceremony. Registration can be cancelled: until November 21st. 2009 and 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. From November 22nd. 2009 to February 21st. 2010, 25% of the amount paid will be refunded. Moreover, this beautiful seaside city offers a wide variety of accommodation facilities – at reasonable prices -, restaurants and inspiring sightseens. Therefore, different touristic packages for your stay in Piriápolis will be offered soon. WEATHER & TEMPERATURE The competition is held on March at the end of the summer. The weather in the resort during this season is nice and pleasant with a light coast brezze that makes outdoor activities very enjoyable. The average temperature is 70 F and the water temperature is between 65 and 68 F.,depending on the currents. Wetsuits will be allowed. We recommend that you arrive at least four days before the race to avoid any problems with the delivery of your bike, and pack your racing kit separately, including helmet, shoes and wetsuit.
